Telehealth & COVID-19 Information

Due to the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic, we are establishing options for patients to receive services through video conferencing sessions.

Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna along with other major insurers have agreed to reimburse for telehealth sessions. If you are unsure about whether or not your insurance company will reimburse for telehealth, please contact your insurance provider.

Before using telehealth or telepsychology services you will need to give your provider a signed copy of the Informed Consent Checklist for Telepsychological Services. You may fax this to 682-224-5724, email a scanned copy to your provider, or photograph it and send it to your provider as a text message.

To use our telepsychology services from a computer you will need to use either the Google Chrome browser (available here) or the Firefox browser (available here). If you are using your phone or a tablet, touching the link below will take you to a browser that should work for your session. Please check your provider's link in advance of your appointment to ensure that the device you are using will work. You can do this by running a "Pre-Call Test" at the telehealth site.

Click on your provider's name below to log into your virtual waiting room:

Upon arrival at the above link, you will be in a virtual waiting room until your provider starts your session. Please test your computer or device ahead of your scheduled appointment to ensure that doxy.me is able to access your camera and microphone.
